How fit do I need to be? – Body Combat is suitable for all fitness levels.The fitness instructors will offer different levels for you to work out to. So you can achieve maximum results in each and every class. This class fights away the stress and strains of the day.

Will Body Combat help me in self defense?Body Combat is a non-contact fitness programme, not a self-defense course. However, fitness is beneficial in any situation. As is the basic information on kicking and punching.

program_img_BODYCOMBATWhat do I need to bring?Trainers and any kind of workout gear that you feel comfortable in. You may sweat, so bring a towel and a water bottle.  

How often should I do Body Combat?You’ll be hooked on Body Combat so get some balance in there and don’t overdo it! For best results, try to do Body Combat 2 or 3 times per week.

This class is suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. Even if you have two left feet and have no coordination what so ever, you will be able to manage this class.

MONDAYS 5.30pm

TUESDAYS 9.45am

THURSDAYS 9.45am and 6.40pm

                These classes are suitable for beginners. The instructor shows you options to suit how you feel on the day. There is a creche available for all morning classes.Please check us out.
