 What is a boot camp class?

                Boot Camp workouts are a great way to burn fat because they work your entire body in a short space of time, by going from one exercise to the other with no rest.  You get a whole body work out in just one hour. When you exercise with a group of people there is built in motivation. A boot camp workout is something different and will break up the boredom and monotony of the same old cardio workout. Boot camp is designed so that all exercise can be done by a novice to a fitness enthusiast.  Any specific limitations a participant may have the instructor will offer many alternatives.  

 What’s involved?

                Toning exercises such as; push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges and other body weight exercises as well as cardio work! The difference lies in the intensity, your challenge is to take your body to its limit, you work, and you sweat and best of all you burn calories like crazy. A variety of exercise that caters for all levels of fitness and gets results fast with a supportive and motivational community of like minded people.

            The instructor is full of enthusiasm, is totally motivational, and has lots of personality which means in a fun and enjoyable class for all!!!!

             Are you happy with your butt most of us aren’t, they are too big, too small; too saggy, too flabby the list goes on! The right cardio and weight training activities will make a different to your butt. Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs and they are also a functional exercise which helps you build strength for a variety of daily activities.

 This class is available on Wednesdays at 5.30pm

 Boot Camp Classes are 1 hour of circuit based training.
